Each Sacred Secrets order is carefully prepared, packed with ritual precision, and sent on its journey from our studio in Perth, Western Australia. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and tracking your sacred package.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods, limited-edition launches, or special drops, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience — your ritual tools are worth the wait.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post or Sendle. Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders over $100 AUD.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard: 3–8 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days (metro areas)

You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship globally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import restrictions that may apply in your country. Sacred Secrets is not liable for delays or returns due to customs clearance.

Pre-Orders & Launch Drops

If you are ordering during a pre-order period (such as a Secret Seven launch), dispatch will begin from the official release date shown at checkout or on the product page.

Each launch is handcrafted in small batches. Orders are packed in the order they are received. You will receive an email with tracking once your parcel has left our hands.

Packaging & Ritual Inserts

All products are packaged securely and beautifully. Your order may include a ritual card, Collector’s insert, or QR code to unlock private content. Please handle all packaging and ritual elements with care.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos. We’ll make it right. See our Returns & Refunds page for more details.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbours or your local post office first.

If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll assist where possible. However, Sacred Secrets is not responsible for unclaimed, incorrectly addressed, or stolen parcels.
