WHAT IS SACRED SECRETS

Sacred Secrets is a luxury house of sensory ritual.

Founded upon four generations of ancestral knowledge, our collection of candles
and mists is inspired by the rituals of Zedeybe—the revered village witch of
Karaman, Cyprus.

Each creation is a modern heirloom: immersive, emotional and rooted in purpose.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS RELIGIOUS?

No. Sacred Secrets offers a spiritual experience that transcends religion. Our offerings are designed to elevate the everyday - regardless of belief system - through the power of scent, sound and story.

MUST I BELIEVE IN RITUAL OR MANIFESTATION?

Not at all. Our sensory experiences are designed to invite presence, reflection, and emotional connection - with or without spiritual belief. The experience is yours to define.

THE EXPERIENCE

WHAT IS A MULTI-SENSORY RITUAL?

Each candle and mist unlocks a curated sensory journey combining:

  • Scent – Luxurious fragrance compositions blended for emotional impact.
  • Sound – Music and soundscapes crafted to deepen the atmosphere.
  • Sight – Visuals to inspire mood and presence.
  • Intention – Guided moments of stillness and reflection.

These experiences are accessed via a QR code included with each product. No app required.

HOW DO I USE THE CANDLES?

Light the candle in a quiet space.
Scan the QR code.
Play the experience.
Be still.

Our candles require no special knowledge or prior ritual experience. Simply allow the moment to unfold.

HOW DO I USE THE SPRAYS?

Our Essence Mists are designed for space, linen and aura.

Mist generously before a ritual, during reflection or when resetting your energy. Each spray offers a complementary sensory journey, accessible via QR
code.

DO I HAVE TO PERFORM A RITUAL?

No. “Ritual” simply means creating a space of intention.

You may use our products to accompany journaling, rest, bathing, or any moment that calls for reconnection and presence.

CANDLE CARE & RITUAL GUIDANCE

HOW LONG SHOULD I BURN MY SACRED SECRETS CANDLE?

When performing your ritual, the flame must remain lit for at least one hour to allow the full energetic sequence to unfold. Do not blow out the candle when finished. Instead, gently place the lid on the jar for five seconds, allowing the flame to extinguish itself in silence. Then, remove the lid once the smoke settles.

Each candle is designed to be used over a two-week period.

The longer each session, the stronger the ritual’s effect.

If not completed within two weeks, the energy begins to dissipate and should be
restarted with a new candle.

WHAT IF THE FLAME GOES OUT ON ITS OWN?

This is a spiritual sign: you are not aligned to perform the ritual at this time.

Do not attempt to relight it.

Wait 40 days before beginning again with a fresh candle.

DO I NEED TO STAY IN THE ROOM WJHILE THE CANDLE IS BURNING?

Your presence strengthens the energy of the ritual.

While you may step out briefly, remaining in the room enhances the effect. Think of it as time not just with the flame - but with yourself.

WHAT SHOULD I DO ONCE THE CANDLE IS FINISHED?

Allow the wax to cool completely. Place the lid on the vessel.

Wrap the jar in paper and dispose of it with quiet closure.

This act marks the completion of the intention—a return to balance after
transformation.

THE SECRET SEVEN

WHAT IS THE SECRET SEVEN?

The Secret Seven is the foundation of the Sacred Secrets Spiritual Collection.

Each candle represents one of seven timeless energies:

  • Abundance
  • Love
  • Peace
  • Confidence
  • Joy
  • Cleansing
  • Protection

A new candle is released every seven weeks.

WHAT IS THE COLLECTORS PATH?

The Collector’s Path is an invitation to complete the full Secret Seven.

Clients who collect all seven Duo Packs (candle + mist) are granted access to an eighth exclusive candle, reserved only for those who complete the journey.

This final candle is not available to the public.

It will never be sold individually.

It is a reward for devotion.

HOW IS ELIGIBILITY TRACKED?

Client accounts automatically track Collector’s Path progress.

Once all seven Duo Packs are owned under one account, the eighth candle becomes available for private purchase.

Yes. Sacred Secrets ships across Australia and worldwide.

Free shipping is offered for orders over $100.

Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES?

Australia: 3–7 business days

International: 10–21 business days depending on location

You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Due to the nature of our offerings, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged in transit. If your item arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact Client Care within 7 days of delivery, including photographs and your order number.

DO YOU OFFER GIFTING OPTIONS?

Yes. Our Duo Ritual Kits are elegantly presented in black magnetic boxes with satin lining - perfect for gifting.

We do not currently offer gift wrapping or personalised notes, but we are working to introduce these options in future releases.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS IN STORES?

Sacred Secrets is available exclusively online.

Select collaborations or private in-person experiences may be offered by invitation in the future.
