4. Ritual Access & Digital Content

Each candle and spray may include a QR code granting access to a private, immersive ritual experience. These digital experiences (videos, voiceovers, music, instructions) are for personal use only and may not be recorded, downloaded, shared, or redistributed in any form.

Unauthorised use of this content will be considered a breach of copyright and may result in legal action.

5. Pricing & Orders

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to update prices, discontinue products or change descriptions at any time. Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Perth, Western Australia, and deliver both nationally and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, Sacred Secrets is not responsible for delays, customs fees, or lost parcels once an order has been shipped and tracking information provided.

7. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

Due to the nature of our spiritual and handmade products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or spiritual results.

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, you must contact us at sacredsecrets.team@outlook.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, a replacement may be issued.
